Who is this event for?
The programme for AI @ Oxford is aimed at industry, government and media. Our aim is to provide a unique opportunity for external people to see the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and to meet Oxford’s AI experts one-to-one.

Can University of Oxford staff attend?
As the event is externally focused, and the ticket numbers are limited, we do not recommend that University staff members register for the event. If you are interested in engaging with the wider AI and machine learning community at Oxford, we recommend you contact people of interest from the event programme.

Can University of Oxford students attend?

Is there is discounted rate for Oxford alumni and affiliates?
The ticket prices have been subsidised by a generous donation and we are unable to offer any further concessions.

Do you take bookings offline?
Bookings can only be made online via the University Store.

I have registered but I am no longer able to attend. How can I obtain a refund?
Please email aioxford@cs.ox.ac.uk including the name of the attendee and the order number. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed by the University Store.

I am a member of the press. Are there press passes available?
We have a small number of press passes available, which will be distributed to ensure impact across a variety of media outlets. Please email aioxford@cs.ox.ac.uk if you would like to be considered.

I am a University of Oxford member of staff. How can I get involved in the event?
If you would like to be involved in an academic capacity, please contact aioxford@cs.ox.ac.uk outlining details of what you would like to bring to the event. We are particularly keen to involve novel demos that are accessible to a non-technical audience.

I am a University of Oxford student. How can I get involved in the event?
DPhil students are invited to submit poster abstracts. These will be considered by a panel of academics and up to 30 posters will be selected for the event. The call will be announced shortly.

Other students (Bachelors and Masters) will be invited to attend as stewards. A call for stewards will be announced shortly.
